Sales Tip #1: We do not recommend door to door sales. It is yummy and easy to sell to your friends and family.

Sales Tip #2: Make a list of potential customers, such as neighbors, relatives, and co-workers.

Sales Tip #3: Make a list of people who can sell for you. Send a form to your parent’s workplace.

Sales Tip #4: Introduce your customers to your group and why you are raising funds.

Sales Tip #5: Smile, be polite, and thank your customers for their orders.

“My daughter and her cheerleading squad needed some additional funds for uniforms. Cutler’s made it so easy to earn the money. I felt good encouraging my daughter in this fundraiser.

Cutler’s Cookie Dough is a well-known, locally produced, high quality product. The dough practically sold itself—everyone we asked wanted some. People even called us a couple of months after the fundraiser asking for more dough!

Cutler’s Cookie Dough fundraiser is definitely something we would do again.”

Allison Hale, Cheerleader Mom at Millcreek Jr. High, Bountiful, Utah

How Easy Is It?

There are five ingredients for a tasty and successful fundraiser with Cutler’s Cookies:

  1. Select the dates for your fundraiser: We have found it works best if you include 2 weekends in your fundraiser. After customers try Cutler’s yummy products, they will be happy to re-order 2-3 times per year, thus doubling or tripling your profits. Fundraisers in the fall or for holiday gift-giving do great!

  2. Give Cutler’s Cookies a call at 801-298-9065: Schedule your next fundraiser with Cutler’s Cookies by providing your group contact information, fundraising dates, fundraising goals, and number of participants. We’ll send you all of the necessary paperwork.

  3. Distribute the order forms to participants and communicate the fundraising goal: Help participants know how much money they are responsible to raise. For example, “Each person needs to sell $___ to meet our group goal of $___.” To take orders, fill out the top of the order forms and ask your customers to write checks payable to your group.

  4. Collect the order forms and checks made payable to your group on the last day of your fundraiser: Collect the order forms and add up the number of items per participant. Then write the participant totals on the group totals sheet. Also, collect the checks made payable to your group for your order. You will pay Cutler’s the total amount for your total group order upon delivery date.

  5. Call or fax us your order and arrange a delivery date: Usually within 3-5 working days, Cutler’s Cookies will sort and bundle your order and arrange a time and place for pick-up. We are proud to offer gourmet locally-made Utah products, fresh to order and never frozen. Please note that for safe handling of perishable products, such as cookie dough, we recommend that the product not remain un-refrigerated for more than 3 hours.

Following these five steps will ensure you have a successful fundraiser for your group!
